I don't understand how 2gb of mobile data disappeared in a few hours just using Waze for directions. I'm more worried that I accidentally bought 2 other eSIM cards that stayed in my cart from past searches when I visited other countries. How can I get those back since I didn’t use them?

I wanted to extend it for another 30 days but accidentally selected 2 plans for the same time, which cost me 118$ instead of 59. I reached out to customer support through their chat on the website, and they replied in just a few seconds. In under a minute, they refunded the extra charge, great customer service. Plus, like I mentioned, the esim works really well.

Besides not being able to get the full service up in the mountains where hardly nobody can get service unless they have WiFi, it worked great everywhere else and gave me the data I needed to stay in touch with family and social media. There are lots of support documents and FAQs, which are helpful for new users (just take the time to read them). Had a slight issue when activating the Sim, it didn't connect. Emailed the helpdesk and got a helpful solution in less than an hour! They advised me to disable Autoselect provider and manually select one. Got it working 15 minutes later. I'm sure my problem is now part of the FAQs for future travelers. BOTTOM LINE: Will definitely use MAYA MOBILE again.
