I attempted to purchase USDT on the OKX platform through p2p, but the seller, after getting my payment, refused to complete the deal. The platform's support team does nothing about it and lets this seller continue trading, even though there are more and more cases like this one. Additionally, I believe they cover up many failed transactions with this seller and don't remove him despite their own guidelines.

They said "unacceptable proof" 'n gave me all sorts of excuses that ain't valid, even though all I uploaded was current. No email came explaining anything until I reached out. They said my account is blocked because of the tethers I transferred and the review process could take up to 60 days. My OKX account got suspended. Still, no email from OKX. Support says I'll get one, no timeframe, even after asking nicely multiple times. No reason given for suspension. Time passing, no info. Please tell me why.

Compared to other exchanges I've tried, OKX is the best when it comes to technology and customer support. I faced some tough situations with OKX, but when I contacted them, they helped me out. Even though I wasn't completely happy with the result, they tried to be fair and informative. I appreciate the team's efforts, but I suggest enhancing the KYC tools.

I'd strongly suggest avoiding this company! I've encountered difficulties with moving my assets. One can't be unstaked despite them requiring it, and the other can't be transferred because the network has been unavailable for months. Essentially, transferring funds to them seems like a surefire way to lose your money.
