Delivery was good, but now I wanted to make a complaint. No reply at all. Customer service is a total disaster and very disappointing.

Basically, everything works fine.

Basically, everything works fine. The goods are delivered and returns are possible. Unfortunatley, not all sizes are available.

We didn’t keep the shoes, but the service

We didn’t keep the shoes, but the service was really nice. Fast shipping and returning was easy without any problems.

Very fast handling of my request on the same day.

Very fast handling of my request on the same day. It was my first order. The delivery also arrived quickly.

Fake page!!!!!!!

After 70 days of waiting, I still haven't received my sneakers, which I paid 160e for. I sent a request for a refund and didn't get a response. I had no choice but to report the case to the police as an internet scam. Don't fall for this site. Best regards to everyone!

Gute Qualität zum fairen Preis!!

Gute Qualität zum fairen Preis!! Die Schuhe kamen schnell an. Wirklich empfehlenswert!

I ordered the shoes on 14.05 with a delivery time of 3-5

I ordered the shoes on 14.05 with a delivery time of 3-5 working days. After that, I received an email saying it would take longer. Then, I got another email from customer service stating that it wasn't possible. In the end, a neighbor accepted the package, and now I have to pay 7€ for the return. I will never order from here again!

The shoes were reduced from 170€ to 150€. I ordered them right away, and the delivery was fast, arriving after 3 days. I'm super happy!

I found the asics shoes I was looking for

I found the asics shoes I was looking for, and they were much cheaper compared to other websites! The prices were great, and I ended up saving a lot.

I’m really happy with the whole process

I’m really happy with the whole process, but there is one mistake: the return label is not automatically included in the box. It takes a while to figure out how it works. Thanks, would definitely order again, and they also have large sizes up to 47.5, which is great.

I ordered shoes and although it took a bit

I ordered shoes and although it took a bit of time for them to arrive, it was mentioned on the website, so no problem. The shoes turned out to be too big, but the return process was very easy and hassle-free.

Great online store with a wide range of shoes.

Great online store with a wide range of shoes. The website is easy to navigate, making shopping quick and simple. A nice bonus: the delivery was faster than expected. The quality of the shoes I ordered is also just what I hoped for. I will definitely shop here again.

Shipping was way faster than I thought

Shipping was way faster than I thought and they kept me updated by email on every step 👍🏼 When I had questions, support replyed very fast.

My sneakers came in about 3 days.

My sneakers came in about 3 days. Everything is fine. The wait was a little longer, but they told me from the start. At first, I was a bit worried after seeing all the bad reviews here, but I chose to pay on delivery, so the only risk was not receiving my sneakers. I did get some emails about “checking” my order after it was confirmed, which left me a bit confused. Maybe a bit more explanation about what they are checking could help clear things up. They replied to my emails within a few hours, so everything turned out good. Just a tip, these are limited edition sneakers, so it’s important to be patient when ordering.

Absoluter scam!

I ordered some rare shoes that I couldn’t

I ordered some rare shoes that I couldn’t find anywhere else for this price. The delivery was fast, and the customer service was great. I even ordered a second pair, but they didn’t fit. Returning them was really simple and smooth. Definitely will buy again.

Avoid this store at all costs.

Avoid this store at all costs. Once you visit their site, they flood your email with offers that seem suspicious. They claim you can pay with Paypal, yet only the credit card choice is there, which doesn’t feel very secure. And when it comes to cancellations or refunds, you’re forced to email them, which seems like a trap — even if you reach out minutes after buying, they’ll refuse your refund. There’s always someone to reply, but honesty is clearly missing.

Shoes still haven't arrived even after

Shoes still haven't arrived even after I ordered them over a month ago. They keep claiming issues with shipping, but refuse to offer a refund. Unless I see proof otherwise, I feel this is a scam site.

SNEAK-R IS FAKE!

I ordered sneakers for my godchild on September 4, 2024. As of today, October 19, they have not arrived. I attempted to reach Sneak-R through customer contact or by phone. Unfortunately, without success. The emails returned an error, and no one was reachable at the phone number. I also don't believe the sneakers will ever arrive; unfortunately, this site is FAKE!

You can get shoes here that are hard to find.
