Zuerst war ich völlig begeistert von den Mini-Gadgets im Warenkorb, die Preise sind halt schon verrückt tief. Beim Checkout die Coupons gestapelt, bezahlt per Karte, alles easy. Die Lieferung brauchte deutlich länger als bei hiesigen Shops, damit hatte ich gerechnet. Ein Teil kam verbeult an, das hat genervt. Im In-App Chat gemeldet, Fotos hochgeladen und innert kurzer Zeit die Rückerstattung erhalten, plus ein kostenloses Rücksendeetikett für die erste Retoure im Auftrag. Qualität schwankt spürbar, aber für Deko und Kleinkram passt es mir noch. Für Wichtiges würde ich woanders bestellen.

Lieferung war zwar langsam, aber eine Gutschrift für die Verspätung gabs auch noch. Preis bleibt halt unschlagbar, nur bei Sachen, die wirklich halten müssen, bleibe ich vorsichtig. Für Bastelzeug passt es.

Hab drei Shirts und ein Küchenteil bestellt, alles extrem günstig. Die Grössen fielen komplett unterschiedlich aus, eins passte, zwei waren winzig. Versand dauerte länger, was ok war, aber das Zurückschicken war nur beim ersten Paketlabel gratis. Für die zweite Rücksendung im selben Auftrag wurde eine kleine Gebühr abgezogen, das fand ich mühsam. Der Chat war höflich, die Erklärung klar, trotzdem blieb ich leicht frustriert. Für Accessoires werde ich wieder zuschlagen, bei Kleidung eher vorsichtig und nur, wenn ich bereit bin, die Passform-Lotterie mitzuspielen.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. An item I ordered never showed up, and the only “proof” the courier had was a photo of the package. TEMU said they investigated but first turned down my refund because the courier claimed a signature was collected, which they used as the reason I supposedly couldn’t be refunded. If a package was signed for and it wasn’t me, that’s forgery as far as I’m concerned. It got even worse when the delivery photos were altered to make it look like the package had been left at my home, but the image they changed it to includes furniture and decorations I bought much later, and I have receipts to prove that. For six weeks I’ve kept asking to see the signature, and they still refuse because they can’t produce it. They keep insisting the colored markings on the package were only for the courier and that no signature was required, even though I’ve sent TEMU the message showing “signature obtained at delivery” highlighted in yellow at least 10 times. On top of that, they started offering me more and more money to drop the issue, which feels like bribery. They have done nothing to actually investigate or provide the signature they claim exists, and they refuse to admit any wrongdoing. Forgery, or perjury if no signature was taken, is a criminal matter, and the International Trade Administration along with the Department of Commerce is already looking into TEMU and its affiliates for illegal practices. TEMU just keeps sending the same useless response over and over, and that is not acceptable. Forgery in international commerce is serious, and by refusing to deal with it they could also be opening themselves up to aiding and abetting and contempt.

The confusing part is that the things they want me to confirm seem to be either an entry into a cash lottery or other items I never ordered and don’t want. It feels like I’ve probably lost my money and may never even get the goods, so I’ve already unsubscribed from Temu.
