Temu (Whaleco Inc.)

Bargain hunt itch scratched

It’s a treasure hunt vibe. Some hits, a miss or two, but the prices keep me coming back. Surprised by a few solid wins that felt like steals.

Cheap gadgets, mixed quality

I felt satisfied for the price point, though one cable felt flimsy. Most items worked fine and arrived intact.

So, there I was, waiting

So, there I was, waiting for this package I'd been looking forward to all week. Got the notification saying it was delivered, but guess what? No package. I was sitting right by the window, keeping an eye out, and didn't see any delivery driver come by. No doorbell, no knock, nothing. The "proof of delivery" photo they sent looked like it was taken from inside a car, and the lighting was all wrong—definitely not my building entrance. I called the delivery company, and even they admitted it seemed sketchy and said they'd look into it. Promised a callback, but yeah, never happened. Tried reaching out to the seller too, hoping for a refund or something, but they just shut me down, saying it was "delivered." So frustrating. In the end, I got no package and no solution. Total letdown.

I gotta say, shopping with

I gotta say, shopping with Temu has been such a game-changer for me. I used to be so wary of online shopping because of a couple of bad experiences, but Temu really turned that around. It's just so easy now—I just hop on the app, find what I need, and before I know it, it’s at my door. No stress, no worries about getting scammed or anything. It's like having a reliable friend who's always got your back. Plus, the convenience is unmatched—I don’t even have to leave my couch! I seriously can’t remember the last time I felt this confident about online shopping. Temu's definitely my go-to now.

You know, I’ve had a

You know, I’ve had a pretty good time with them here in Canada. Their products are solid, prices are low, and shipping? Super fast! Returns are a breeze too, which is a lifesaver. But, gotta admit, the whole fake coupon and credits thing is a bit annoying. They keep tossing these offers at you, trying to get you to spend more just to hit those credit thresholds. If they could tone it down a bit or make the rewards easier to get, they’d be a real contender against Amazon. Overall, though, I’m pretty satisfied with what they offer and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to folks looking for a good deal.

Lots of variety, set expectations

Big catalog with frequent promos. One item shipped from overseas and took the full window, which the listing stated. Returns were straightforward through the app. I check seller reviews and photos to manage quality differences and it pays off.

App is fast and fun

Signed up in the app and browsed a ton of deals quickly. Filters and reviews made choices easy. Shipping estimates matched reality on my first two orders.

Good Deals but Mixed Experience

I’ve shopped from Temu multiple times and had mixed experiences. On the plus side, their prices are very attractive and some items arrive just as shown. On the downside, delivery can be delayed, a few products had disappointing quality, and the return/refund process was somewhat cumbersome. In short: it’s worth trying—just go in with realistic expectations and some patience.

Low Prices but Disappointing Delivery

I ordered from Temu.com once; the prices were low and the variety of products was good, which I liked. But honestly, the quality of what I received wasn’t as expected, and the delivery took longer than promised.

Budget Friendly Finds with a Few Surprises

Pretty good value for money the bundle feels affordable and the variety is impressive. The shipping speed and packaging are also better than I expected for the price. Only downside: quality control can be a bit hit or miss, so you don’t always know what you’ll get.

I really liked shopping on Temu for some items I needed at home.

I really liked shopping on Temu for some items I needed at home. I want to mention a Temu seller named EasyOptionXY who gives quick and free shipping. EasyOptionXY has many great products. Thank you very much, EasyOptionXY and Temu!

TEMU is a scam company

Entered an event where upon completion you receive three free gifts. I made over a dozen purchases only to be told just one more purchase. It wasn't just one more. It never ends. They do not intend on giving any free gifts much less three free gifts. It's time for TEMU to be exposed for the fraudulent activities they subject their customers to!

I really like this. I was looking for a hammer pick

I really like this. I was looking for a hammer pick for rockhounding and found lots of options that are quite affordable. Definitely a good choice if you want something cheaper and can't get it nearby.

I bought 4 pairs of shoes from Temu.

I bought 4 pairs of shoes from Temu. I’m still hoping all 4 will fit me just right. I wear size 5.5 shoes, which is a 36 in other places. This review is about the shoes I got from Temu. The price was low enough to try it out. I like the styles and colors. The soles have a soft feel, kind of like a small bounce.

Bought lots of items from Temu over the past

Bought lots of items from Temu over the past year with my Nan and never had any trouble. Some of the things had poor quality but no big problems.

I liked buying things on Temu..

I liked buying things on Temu.. no cost for shipping and you can send stuff back if it dont fit. I had fun with Temu Circle .. some of the rewards and games werent great, but a few were actully nice. I was with them for 2 years but spent way to much... they always took care of my returns and shopping here was a really good time. The support chat starts with a robot but if you ask again (maybe 2 times :)) you’ll get a real person. Big thanks to Temu. Thank you .. I give it a 5/star rating !

Really addictive, and I enjoy it a lot.

Really addictive, and I enjoy it a lot. The more you purchase, the more deals they send you. It keeps getting cheaper each time.

Really happy!

Have now purchased many things, mostly clothes, and the quality is nicer than I thought with good sizing. Household stuff also great 👏

i bought some stickers and posters to decorate my room

i bought some stickers and posters to decorate my room, all the things arrived in about 2 weeks plus a few days. when they got here, the stickers were a bit bent because of the packaging. the app said the package was ready to be picked up, but it actually showed up 3 days later. other than that, i recomend this place but only for small stuff, not for anything important, since my mom ordered from here before and her things came broken or not working.

I have bought from Temu many, many times.

I have bought from Temu many, many times. Only once did I have an issue with the quality of a clothing item I got. I reached out and they offered me either a refund or store credit. Really happy with this company.

Good prices and nice products.

Good prices and nice products. Customer service is helpful and the return policy is good too (especially when clothes don’t fit). Some say products are cheap, but I think they’re pretty good.

I really like this site!

Quick shipping, good product quality, and reasonable prices make buying here easy and nice. I also like the regular sales and offers. One hint: Try typing tas97834 in the search box for a nice surprise!

I always liked shopping on temu, prices

I always liked shopping on temu, prices are low and I got shoes, hats, tools and all came fine, much cheaper then Amazon

I liked buying from Temu.

My items came on time and I could check where they were. Everything was packed fine. The stuff I got works well. This was my first order, but not the lst. Best wishes from Slovenia.

I have bought over 100 items from Temu.

I have bought over 100 items from Temu. Lately, I also got 2 devices from AliExpress. There is no way to compare the two sellers fairly. Temu sends almost everything in one shipment, but AliExpress ships from different sellers separately. Temu always supports their products and gives customers full refund protection with no return cost if the return is valid. AliExpress sellers sent me broken products and said I must pay to ship them back to China before they refund me. They might refund if your return is valid. The return shipping to China cost 2.5 times more than the devices. After weeks of arguing, they finally gave me half the money back and said no need to return. I didn’t want to risk more money on a possible refund, so I took the 50% for bad products. I will not buy from AliExpress ever again.

All good

I've placed several orders on Temu, and each time the experience has been positive. However, the quality can be inconsistent - some items meet expectations, while others fall short

I have seen Temu to be very helpfull and always fair with returns.

I have seen Temu to be very helpfull and always fair with returns. I’ve gotten many items and had to send some back because they were not what I hoped. They allways gave my money back without any trouble.

Super quick and simple checkout process.

Super quick and simple checkout process. Plus, my orders arrive super quick!!! Almost everything I buy is just like it was described.

It helped me to make my house more beautiful without overspending.

I discovered Temu by chance and the truth is that I was surprised. I found a lot of things for the house - from decoration to organizers - at super affordable prices. Everything arrived well packaged, and although some things took a little longer, it was totally worth it. My space now feels cozier and with details that before seemed impossible to get without spending a lot. Ideal if you want to add a nice touch to your home without breaking the budget. I also recently ordered things for kitty and had another positive experience🐱🤗.
