Ordered a Xmas ornament for one of my long time clients. Unfortunately the gift arrived after Xmas, 2 weeks+ after it was ordered. Don't pay attention to their reviews on Amazon, as everywhere else thinks these folks are a scam and I agree.

Wonderful company.

Wonderful company. When my parcel didn’t arrive, I sent them an email about getting a new one since the item was really important to me. Got a quick response saying they’d send another, and they did. This business made me feel so cared for, almost like they really knew me. Than you!

My order was placed at 11:43pm While was sleeping. There was no way I could cancel order within their 2 hour period. This company is a sham with no integrity. Never buy anything from them.

I ordered some beautiful Christmas ornaments from Macorner to mark the arrival of our first grandchild, and they were just lovely. I was so happy with them that I ended up buying two more for my daughters, and they really made us smile! The ornaments are well made and have a great design—really great value. The service from Macorner was fantastic—quick, dependable, and very considerate. These special pieces on our trees made our holiday even more special. I definitely recommend Macorner for their wonderful and well-crafted products!

I bought a gift for my wife early December.

I bought a gift for my wife early December. Still haven't gotten it or any updates. I tried calling but just get voicemail. Left messages and no response. The email tracking number doesn't work at all. It's now January 9th, 2025 and nothing has come. I wanted to leave a good review, but this is not good for buisness. I'm close to disputing the charge with my bank. UPDATE: Finally got the item today and it's made very nice! Just like the description. Took a long time to arrive with no way to track or any updates, but... my wife loves it. Sorry for the bad review. The holidays and weather delayed things. Thanks, Macorner!

I made a Christmas purchase in early November. Still waiting. Tracking is hard to follow with them. No one to contact. I got 2 items out of 3. The first one is nice, but it’s smaller than I thought. Be sure to check sizes before buying. I give them a 3 because of the unique items they have.

Ordering from a new company always has some uncertainty, but this time it worked out well. The pants are of a high standard, and I've even gone ahead and ordered a matching personalised mug! Normally, I don't leave reviews, but this time I felt it was worth sharing.

I ordered 3 custom Christmas tree decorations. Two of them were great and in perfect condition, but one was broken when it arrived. This was my first time buying from macorner, so I was a bit worried I might not get a response for an exchange. However, they got back to me quickly and sent a replacement without any hassle. Knowing that they have good customer service and are easy to contact for issues makes me feel more at ease to shop with them again.

Truly stunning.

Truly stunning. My mom was so moved she cried. The support team is quick, friendly, and helpful. The first item had an issue (not the seller's fault), so I contacted them, and they quickly sent a replacement. I can't express how wonderful they were. I apologize for the delay in writing this review, but I felt it was necessary once it came to mind because they were so wonderful.

I thought I was getting

I thought I was getting a cute personalized acrylic ornament with LED lights for the tree, but it was a letdown. The pics show a tree with regular lights, making you think the ornament lights up. Spoiler: it doesn't. Paid $26+ for a tiny 3-inch piece of acrylic. Reached out to customer service and got a response basically saying the LED lights are just part of the tree design, not actual lights. Felt kinda misled. Not worth the money at all. Wouldn’t recommend unless you really know what you’re getting.

I was so excited to get this globe I saw online, looked super fancy in the pictures. When it arrived, though, it was totally different. It's just this cheap plastic ball with a photo stuck on it, not at all what I expected. This was meant to be a gift, but now I’m too embarrassed to give it to anyone. I'll probably just keep it and hide it somewhere. Really bummed out, thought I was getting something nicer. Definitely not worth the money.

Hey everyone, just had to share how thrilled I am with my new Christmas tree ornament featuring our family names. It's absolutely perfect! They let me choose any year I wanted, which is pretty rare since most places only offer the current year. I picked 2019 because that was the last Christmas we had with my daughter before she passed in 2020. This little feature means so much to me, and I'll cherish this ornament for the rest of my life. Thank you for making such a meaningful product. Truly grateful.

SCAM!!

I placed an order in August, received notification that it would arrive August 28th. 3 weeks after that i contacted them, they asked for my address and it's gave it to them. They said they sent it to another address- an old address of mine. I had taken a screenshot when I placed the order and sent it to them, the address was input correctly by me. What they do is purposeful, they asked for more money and said they could reship it. Why would I pay more for something I didn't receive for an error that wasn't mine? They also stated that I don't qualify for a refund due to the address issue. I sent them the screenshot, it did no good whatsoever. I've read several times since of this happening to others, this is purposefully done to steal you money. They need to be put out of business.

I usually stick to UK sites for shopping, but they don't offer personalized items like this one. I took a chance and ordered a custom pet poster, and it turned out really nice. The colors are vibrant, and the option to add wings for pets who have passed away is a thoughtful touch. The size is also good for the price. When I needed to make a change to my order, I contacted them to cancel and reorder, but they kindly updated my existing order instead. For reference, it's called "A Girl and Her Pets: A Bond That Can't Be Broken" poster/canvas.

I'm so embarrassed to even think about giving this to my friends after they lost their dog. Total disappointment. Avoid this item if you can.

Terrible Packaging, Useless Support! Avoid!

Ordered a custom baseball cap and paid an extra $5 to get it in a box instead of a plastic bag. They did use a box, but it was way too small—like trying to fit a basketball in a shoebox. The cap got all squished up. Even if it hadn't been messed up by the small box, the bill was all wonky—sticking out more on one side and sloping down on the other. Tried to get in touch with customer service, but it's impossible. The support form just glitches and won’t let you submit anything. And "Contact Us"? Same story. Avoid this company!
