Don’t let the “.nl” domain fool you into believing this is a nearby store with quick shipping. I ordered on 31 May and haven’t gotten my package yet. Even though I got a tracking number, it seems like it might take more than a month to arrive. I really don’t understand how this company is still in business—they’re making losers, not buyers!

I made a purchase on April 2nd and now it’s already June 5th, but my stuff still hasn’t arived. Looks like DHL lost the box, but Stylevana won’t give my money back. They say they need to wait for DHL to finish looking into it. I messaged Stylevana five times and every time they just copy-paste the same reply. I even tried contacting Glamstar Limited (that’s the company listed on my PayPal), but no one ever got back to me. I sent them a proper notice last Friday and emailed again, but still no word. If they don’t fix this before my two-week deadline ends, I plan to report them to the Dutch ECC. I hope other people with the same problem do the same, cause it’s not okay. This stuff breaks the consumer laws in Europe and needs attention. To be fair, I did buy from Stylevana twice before. Delivery was slow, but at least things showed up. This time though, it’s clear that if anything goes wrong, their customer support just doesn’t help. I won’t be buying here again and I don’t suggest others use Stylevana if they want safe shopping for K-beauty stuff.

Not worth buying just because the prices are low. They don’t explain the shipping and handling info clearly besides saying “next day shipping” and “takes 7-10 days to arrive,” which is a complete lie!!! No updates except sending me a tracking number that “shows NO details.” It’s been 6 weeks and I already left my home for the summer. If the package ever arrives, it will stay outside my house for 3 months. I’m going to dispute this order for “not providing real shipping info.” NEVER order from this site, choose Oliveyoung global instead, it’s real and much more trustable!!!

Didn’t get a confirmation message after my (first) purchase from Stylevana, and no tracking info was given too. Tried to contact them but had trouble locating their contact eamil. Still, was very happy when the parcel came. The best things were the speedy shipping and lowest price I found online, which balanced out the small issue with updates. Giving it four and a half stars till now.

I got the same items from Stylevana and Yesstyle on the same day but in diff shades. Stylevana came in 12 days which was nice, I'm still waiting on Yesstyle tho. I did feel nervous at first after seeing all the reviews, and only picked Stylevana cause I had a coupon that worked. But turns out they did good, tracking info was clear and helped. They realy did a solid job.

I’ve had no problems ordering in the US, but in the UK it was a complete mess. I emailed customer service to update my delivery address, and it took them a whole week to reply. Even then, the package was still sent back to the sender, and Stylevana never told me about it. I only found out two weeks later. I’ve asked for a refund, but I’m not sure how it will go. It’s been over a month since I placed the order, and honestly, I won’t be ordering from them again. The low prices aren’t worth the hassle.

Great company, if you're looking for quick delivery, make sure your items say, “processing within 24 hours.” If you order something that says “processing within 30 days,” your order won't ship until everything is ready. I usually make two separate orders if I have some items that will ship within 24 hours and some that take longer. I've always gotten my orders, no fake products, and the expiration dates are always at least a year away. Their prices can't be beat and they always have discounts. I’ve been buying from them since 2023.

After looking at other reviews on this site, it seems like you don’t pay attention to what people are saying. Many customers are mentioning how they reach out to your support, but after months, their orders are still not shipped. I made my order on February 2nd, and today is February 12th, and it’s still "in process" without being shipped. I’m really disappointed because I’ve ordered from your site before without problems. But now it feels like you’re facing issues and still selling products without delivering them.

My item has been stuck in the "packaging stage" for over three weeks now. When I inquired about the progress, they responded after several days, telling me not to worry and that they're working on it. It is honestly crazy and disappointing.

Stylevana has really good prices compared to others. Some people complain about how long the shipping takes, but I think it's important to check the stock status of the products. Sometimes items aren't available right away, so your order won't ship until everything is in stock. This happened to me once when I bought a couple of face masks with other things, but I missed that some masks were out of stock. This caused a delay in my whole order. I reached out to customer service, and they explained it calmly. One mask couldn't be shipped within about 30 days, so they apologized and refunded me for it quickly. Once my order was sent, it arrived in the UK pretty fast. The packing is always good, and they even include a few nice gifts. I’m now waiting for my 3rd order. If you're looking for the best price and don’t mind waiting a little longer if an item isn’t available, I’d recommend Stylevna.

The variety of products is really good, but the website could be better. When trying to view the cart and scroll to see all the items, the page behind the cart keeps moving, but the cart itself doesn’t allow scrolling. It’s hard to explain, but it made it hard to edit my cart. I was using Safari on my iPhone. This made the process much harder and took me 3 days to finally make my order. At one point, I almost gave up, but you had some products I wanted and decent prices, so I kept trying despite the problems.

Do not buy, it feels like a scam. I placed an order for €220, and they haven't sent it yet. The delivery to Slovakia was supposed to take 5-9 business days, but it's been 19 days, and they haven't even packed my order.

It’s reliable, their sales and deals are great, the products are authentic, I like the free samples, and their reward system is really good—you can get discounts as you collect more points and even free products sometimes. The only thing is that orders usually take 2-3 weeks to come, but since Korean products on their site are often priced lower than other stores and I don’t need them right away, the delay doesn’t bother me. Everything I ordered arrived in good conditon and nothing was missing.

Last time I chose the cheapest option, and it still arrived in 10 days, even though I’m in the US! It’s nice to know my products won’t be expired or damaged, which has happened to me with Amazon. I decided to leave a review for future buyers like myself. I placed an order on 22nd October 2024 and got my products around 4 weeks later. The delivery went well, and the packaging was very good. Everything arrived safely without any damage. Even though it took a while, I would still consider ordering again and I would recommend the company.

Even after that, I didn’t get any updates until I reached out to ask why my order hadn’t shipped. Nobody could tell me when the missing item would be in stock or when the full order would ship. Customer service hasn’t replied at all since then. I won't be ordering here again for sure.
