    I thought I was making

I thought I was making progress with my therapist. She was fantastic, really helped me through some tough times, and scheduling was a breeze. But here's the kicker. No one bothered to mention that my insurance doesn’t cover virtual sessions. So, I kept booking them, thinking all was good, until I got hit with this $450 bill. When I called customer service, they pretty much shrugged and said there’s nothing they can do, and now they expect me to pay everything at once. It's just so frustrating. They should've checked my benefits before letting me rack up such a bill. Honestly, the way they handle this is just irresponsible.

    I've been seeing this therapist

I've been seeing this therapist who just gets me. It's like talking to a friend who totally understands where I'm coming from. We're around the same age, so when we chat about stuff, it just clicks. She's been amazing with this childhood trauma I couldn't shake off. With her guidance, it's not weighing me down anymore, and it's something even my wife has picked up on. It's like a weight's been lifted, and I'm genuinely feeling lighter and more at peace. Having someone who truly listens and helps make sense of things is a game changer. It's been a journey, but I'm finally getting to a place where the past isn't holding me back.

    Let me tell you about

Let me tell you about my recent ordeal with this company. Imagine waking up to find out you’ve got appointments you never booked, and then being slapped with a $75 fee for canceling them. It's like they're running a sneaky little scam. Their customer service? Don't get me started. You first deal with an AI chatbot that’s about as helpful as a brick wall. If you’re lucky, you might get to chat with a "live" agent, but they aren't much better. And good luck trying to cancel your account. You have to go through this agent, and there's no phone number to call. It's like they don't want you to leave. Oh, and once your payment info is in their system, it's like they own your credit card. Honestly, this whole experience makes me want to contact a lawyer about a class action lawsuit. Avoid them if you can.

You know, I've been seeing this therapist who's created this incredible safe zone where I can finally tackle those old traumas that have been haunting me forever. It's like this weight is lifting off my shoulders as we dive into those tough talks. She's got this knack for making things feel less scary and helping me find brighter thoughts to latch onto instead of the past pain. And can we talk about Headway’s scheduling? Those text and email reminders are lifesavers—I’d be lost without them! Honestly, this whole experience has been such a game changer for me, and I couldn't be more thankful. Feeling hopeful for the first time in ages!

I had a really great time working with the team at Headway. From the start, they made me feel like I was in good hands. The whole support system was amazing and showed genuine care, which is pretty rare to find these days. They were always there when I needed them, offering guidance and just the right amount of support without being pushy. You can tell they're really focused on making sure everything goes smoothly. The professionalism mixed with their compassion is something that really stood out to me. If you're looking for a service provider that truly cares, Headway is definitely worth checking out. I've been really impressed and grateful for their help!

    I walked into this mess

I walked into this mess thinking it was gonna be a breeze, but boy was I wrong. They hit me with the full charge instead of running it through my insurance first. So, here I am, months later, still trying to claw back my money. I sent them everything they needed—bank statements, insurance details, you name it. But dealing with their support team is like talking to a brick wall. Either they're totally clueless, or they're just playing games with my cash. It’s frustrating beyond belief, and I’m left wondering if I’ll ever see that refund. Feels like I'm being robbed in broad daylight.

Finding mental health support can be tricky, but using Headway has been a game-changer for me. It’s like having a personal assistant for all my mental health needs. The interface is super easy to navigate, and I can book appointments with just a few taps. However, when it comes to rescheduling, it’s a bit of a hassle. Instead of doing it straight through the app, I have to make a call, which isn't ideal. But honestly, that’s a small hiccup in an otherwise great experience. Overall, Headway’s been a reliable tool for managing my mental health, and I’m really happy with it. Just wish that rescheduling was a bit simpler.

I've been using Headway for a while now, and it's been a game-changer for my well-being. Lisa, my counselor, is simply incredible. She's not just a great listener but someone who genuinely cares about what I'm going through. Every session with her feels like chatting with a good friend who really wants to help. Her advice is always spot-on, and she has this knack for making me feel comfortable and understood. I honestly don't know where I'd be without her support. Lisa’s been a huge positive influence in my life, and I'm so thankful for everything she does. If you're considering Headway, I can’t recommend it enough!

Back in 2023, I nearly signed up with Headway, but luckily didn't. Fast forward to 2026, and out of the blue, I get an email saying I have a client through them. Strange, right? I tried reaching out, but surprise—no contact number. I remember talking to them back in 2023, so where'd the phones go? Checked their site as a patient and, shockingly, found my PsychologyToday profile hijacked by them. My info, my profile, redirected to their company. Turns out, they've been accessing my CAQH account for two years! They've been advertising me as their provider without permission, redirecting potential clients elsewhere. All I could do was chat or send a ticket—no real way to talk to someone. Be careful if you're dealing with them; it's all smoke and mirrors. They're not helping anyone but themselves.

    I gotta say, the psychiatrist

I gotta say, the psychiatrist we met was amazing—really connected with her. But, the rest was a nightmare. After working a night shift, I found an email about an appointment for my daughter that I never scheduled. I rescheduled it to a more convenient time, only to be slapped with a $75 cancellation fee. Tried contacting Headway through their online chat (there's no phone number, which is frustrating), and they were zero help, even a bit rude. They said the only way to maybe get a refund was to reach out to the provider myself. They admitted I didn't make the appointment, but stuck to their policy like glue. Honestly, feels like robbery. The provider was great, but I’m steering clear of this platform from now on. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I've been seeing my therapist for a couple of years now, and she recently moved to this new platform. Was excited at first, but it's been a mess. Needed to talk to her urgently—had some tough family stuff going on. Tried for three weeks to book an appointment, and it was just impossible. The platform's customer service is a nightmare, and I couldn't reach her when I really needed it. It's frustrating and honestly disappointing. They just don't seem to care about making things easy for clients, and that makes the whole experience stressful. If you're thinking about trying this service, I'd say look elsewhere. It's really not worth the hassle.

I thought I found a good option with Headway for my healthcare needs. But turns out, they were charging me even though my insurance covers everything with no co-pay. When I realized this, I tried reaching out to them to sort it out. No response at all. It's like they vanished. It’s so frustrating because dealing with healthcare bills is already tough, and they just added to the stress. It's not just a mistake; it's bad business. Ignoring customers when they question charges is really unprofessional. I honestly felt misled, especially since this is a healthcare company where trust is crucial. If you want to avoid unnecessary stress and wasted money, steer clear of Headway.

I tried using this company for my therapy needs, and it’s been a mess from the start. Therapists keep changing, like every few weeks, which makes it impossible to build any trust or progress. Trying to reach out through their patient portal is like screaming into the void—no one ever gets back to me. And don’t get me started on their customer service; it’s beyond frustrating. Plus, they’ve messed up my prescriptions multiple times, sending the wrong ones to the pharmacy. It feels like they just don’t care about getting things right. It’s been a really disappointing experience overall, and I’m seriously considering looking elsewhere.

But wow, the associate was just rude and cut the chat halfway without even helping me finish the booking. I mean, for a mental health service, you'd expect a bit more understanding and patience, right? It's not like we're booking a dinner reservation here; it's about mental well-being. Feels like the last place you'd want to encounter such behavior. Really disappointed with how they handle things, especially considering what they're supposed to stand for.

I mean, seriously, I've contacted them at least 10 times about the same problem. They only reply with texts and emails, which is super frustrating when you really need to talk to someone. I stumbled upon this platform while searching for a therapist through my insurance. Sounded perfect at first, right? Booked an appointment, but the therapist never called. Weirdly, without my say-so, I got rescheduled for the same day, just a few hours later. Guess what? No call again. Tried reaching out to support, but they were clueless about whether the mix-up was their fault or the provider's. Then, I started getting all these bizarre calls from "therapists" all over the country claiming they found me via this platform. It felt like a scam! Even my emergency contact got these calls. After just three days, I had to delete my account. Be careful with your info here, folks.

I have to say, my experience with the patient portal has been a bit of a rollercoaster. My provider is fantastic, so no complaints there, but the portal? That's another story. It keeps saying my provider isn't covered by my insurance, which is just plain wrong because they bill my insurance every time. My appointments? Sometimes they just vanish into thin air, no cancellation notice, nothing. Then there's the whole time zone mess—schedules in one zone but actually books in another, which really throws me off. They tried to explain it by saying the scheduling feature is only for the first appointment, but come on, it's 2026. Shouldn't the platform handle follow-ups too? It’s just frustrating.

Let me tell you about my rough time with Headway. My doctor sent me their way to find a therapist for some surgery clearance I needed. Thought it’d be smooth, but nope. The therapist they assigned to me just couldn’t get it together. They missed not one, but three appointments. The first one? A complete no-show, no heads up. Then, they mixed up the time for the second one, trying to do it 12 hours early. And as for the last appointment, I sat there in the virtual room, waiting, messaging, and nothing. They even had the nerve to charge me $100 despite their no-shows. Took time off work for this mess, and Headway hasn’t been much help. If your care is urgent, tread carefully.

I tried using Klarity and Headway to book an appointment with Dr. Tobiloba Adewolu, and honestly, it was just a mess. First, they made me enter my credit card details twice, which felt sketchy. Then, my appointment got pushed from 3pm to 4:15pm without much notice. The call itself was disappointing; he barely asked about my symptoms, focusing more on questions about suicidal thoughts and my middle school years, which didn't feel relevant to my current focus issues. When he suggested I needed blood work and another appointment, it felt like a money grab. I was charged $235 for a session that lasted only 30 minutes, not the promised 45. The whole experience was cold and impersonal, and I left feeling like just another number. Definitely not worth the time or money.

I was really hoping Headway would be a great support for my practice, but it turned into a bit of a mess. It seemed like every week there was some new billing problem or glitch in the system. I felt like I spent more time fixing errors and calming stressed clients than actually focusing on their care. Communication? Not great, especially when I needed quick answers. And those insurance hiccups? A real headache. More than once, my clients were left worrying about unexpected bills, which was frustrating for everyone. I had an appointment with Sandy Abdelkedous, and it wasn't the best experience. During our session, I tried to share my struggles, including a recent hospitalization and a call to the suicide hotline, but it felt like she wasn't really listening. At one point, she even left to use the restroom, which felt dismissive given the weight of our conversation. Adding to this, I missed my second appointment due to a family emergency and was shocked by a $200 cancellation fee. I wasn't informed about such a hefty charge, as the most I'd ever encountered was $50. When I asked for a refund, Sandy and the company were unhelpful and quite rude. I really need to share my experience with this billing company. It's been a frustrating ride. They just can't seem to keep track of my insurance info, even though I've provided it several times. Each session, I got billed different amounts, and it never matched the co-pay I was told. They're pointing fingers at my provider, and my provider is pointing right back at them. Both admit I was overcharged but refuse to refund me until they "check with the insurance company again." It's like they're holding my money hostage. I have written proof of their mistake, but they still won't honor my actual co-pay. This feels completely unethical. Thankfully, I've got enough evidence for a chargeback if needed.

Anthem even called them, confirmed everything was fine, and gave them a reference number, but Headway still didn’t get it right. It was super frustrating and delayed my treatment when I really needed it. It's shocking how a mental health service can be so off and rely too much on automation without checking things properly. Browsing the site to find a therapist was simple enough, but then they hit you with the card requirement right before booking. It's frustrating because I wanted to pay before each session, you know, on my own terms. I've had not-so-great experiences before with companies holding onto my card info, so this felt sketchy.
